Breaking Ground for Central Florida Veterans: New Veterans Housing Project

Last month, we proudly broke ground on Aspire Health Partners’ new Veterans Housing Project, a transformative initiative dedicated to supporting Central Florida’s homeless veterans. Located in Orlando, this $7 million project will provide 48 single-occupancy studio apartments, each designed to foster privacy, dignity, and recovery.

The project is made possible through a combination of public and private support, including a $3.6 million grant from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and $1 million from the State of Florida. Aspire is leading the initiative in partnership with RS&H, The Collage Companies, and a host of incredible community supporters. We’re creating more than just housing—we’re building a foundation for healing, independence, and long-term success. With access to integrated wrap-around services including healthcare, substance use treatment, mental health counseling, and job assistance, residents will receive the support they need to truly thrive.

This milestone reminds us that housing is healing. When we invest in our veterans, we honor their service.
