Kassab Plaza Campus Building A – Commercial Tar Gravel Roof Removal with TPO Roof Replacement

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on June, 2025, 10:00 am at Aspire’s Kassab Plaza Campus located at 434 W Kennedy Blvd, Orlando, FL 32810. The meeting will be held in the 2nd floor conference room.

Warning: Asbestos is present in some parts of the roofing structure. Abatement of the asbestos by a certified abatement firm must be reflected in all bids.

• HSA Material Description, Layer.
  • Equipment Flashing; Silver Surfaced Black Felt and Tar
  • Perimeter Flashing: Silver Surfaced Black Felt and Tar

A copy of the asbestos report will be provided upon request.
